                Rules & Terms<\/h2>

                The legal terms of CHECK-IN – Interanational Hospitality Film Festival are available in Catalan, Spanish and English.<\/p>

                The fourth edition of CHECK-IN – International Hospitality Film Festival will take place in Menorca (Spain) on April 29-30, 2027.<\/p>

                This festival is organized by Terres Landscape & Travel Communication, SL.<\/p>

                1.- FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS, COMPETITION AND SECTIONS<\/h3>

                CHECK-IN – International Hospitality Film Festival in has 1 competition: TOURISM SERVICES<\/strong>. Submissions must not exceed 10 \u2018in length and must revolve around the following categories: Hospitality; Gastronomy; Experience & Wellness; Travel Mobility & Hospitality; Sustainability with purpose; MICE & Business Hospitality; Technology and Innovation, with the definitions and the subcategories detailed above. <\/p>

                2. YEAR OF PRODUCTION<\/h3>

                All films or campaigns entered in the festival must have been produced after January 1, 2024.<\/p>

                3. ORIGINAL VERSIONS AND LANGUAGES<\/h3>

                The Festival accepts entries in any language. However, all the films submitted must have subtitles in English, Catalan or Spanish. <\/p>

                4. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION<\/h3>

                All registrations must be registered before January 31, 2027 at 24.00 (CET).Totes les inscripcions s\u2019hauran de formalitzar abans del 31 de gener de 2027 a les 24.00 h (CET).<\/p>

                5.- FORMATS AND DELIVERY<\/h3>

                To formalize the registration, for each of the registered films it is required:<\/p>

                • Proof of payment of the registration fee via bank transfer or Paypal (contact@terres.info<\/code>) or in the account ES88 0081 0132 1600 0137 9339 <\/strong>(BANC SABADELL).<\/p><\/li>

                • Complete registration form on the festival\u2019s intranet stating:<\/p>

                  • Duration<\/p><\/li>

                  • Synopsis<\/p><\/li>

                  • 3 screenshots of the film<\/p><\/li>

                  • MP4 of the submitted film (Resolution: Full HD 1920 x 1080; Video Codec: H264; Audio Codec: AAC)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                    6.- REGISTRATION FEESAND PAYMENT DATA<\/h3>

                      CHECK-IN – International Hospitality Film Festival will accept movie entries from the FilmFreeway platform. These registrations must comply with the specific requirements of this platform as well as with the requirements of Terres in all matters relating to formats, submissions and registration fees. <\/p>

                      7. RIGHTS OF USE<\/h3>

                      By submitting a film to the CHECK-IN – International Hospitality Film Festival, the participant ensures that they hold the ownership of all the rights inherent to the registration and the access to these materials during the festival period. The registration guarantees that the rights of use held by the authors, copyright owners and other agents involved in the production of the registered film, with the exception of the rights safeguarded by the companies holding the exhibition rights, were acquired in a legitimate manner and the festival reserves the right to use them, not being impeded by copyright or other rights of third parties, whatever they may be. <\/p>

                      When a participant registers a film transferred to the festival, the rights to use the registration, specifically the right to exhibit the film in public, follow it in its entirety or in part, or distribute it totally or partially in promotional actions. This also applies to photographs \/ images supplied to the festival. All the permissions of use before related are valid internationally. <\/p>

                      8. AWARDS<\/h3>

                      An international jury will analyze the registered films and issue a verdict on those that will become part of the Official Competition. The winners of the different prizes per categories and special prizes will be announced on April 30, 2027. <\/p>

                      CHECK-IN – International Hospitality Film Festival is an associate member of the International Committee of Tourist Film Festivals \u2013 CIFFT.<\/p>
