International Hospitality Film Festival<\/span><strong> <\/strong>are available in Catalan, Spanish and English.<\/p>\n<p>The third edition of <strong>Te<\/strong><strong>rres CHECK-IN &#8211; International Hospitality Film Festival<\/strong>will take place in Platja d&#8217;Aro in October 10, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>This festival is co-organized by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.terres.info\">Terres Landscape &amp; Travel Communication, SL<\/a>, the Climent Guitart Foundation, the CETT Foundation and the Jordi Comas Foundation.<\/p>\n<h3><u>1.- FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS, COMPETITION AND SECTIONS<\/u><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">The productions accepted in the competition must not exceed 10&#8242; Tours<\/li>\n<li> Travel Agents<\/li>\n<li> Tour Operators<\/li>\n<li> Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)<\/li>\n<li> Music Festivals &amp; Entertainment<\/li>\n<li> Museums<\/li>\n<li> SCR action<\/li>\n<li> Sustainability action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<h3><u>2.- YEAR OF PRODUCTION<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>All films or campaigns entered into the festival must have been produced after January 1, 2022.<\/p>\n<h3><u>3.- ORIGINAL VERSIONS AND LANGUAGES<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>The Festival accepts entries in any language. However, all the films submitted must have subtitles in English, Catalan or Spanish.<\/p>\n<h3><u>4.- DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>All entries will be registered before June 30, 2024 at midnight (CET).<\/p>\n<h3><u>5.- FORMATS AND DELIVERY<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>To formalize the registration, for each of the registered films it is required:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proof of payment of the registration fee via bank transfer or Paypal (contact@terres.info) or in the account ES88 0081 0132 1600 0137 9339 (BANC SABADELL).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Complete registration form on the festival&#8217;s intranet stating:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Production title<\/li>\n<li>Director<\/li>\n<li>Producer<\/li>\n<li>Year of production<\/li>\n<li>Duration<\/li>\n<li>Synopsis (ENG)<\/li>\n<li>3 Screenshots of the film<\/li>\n<li>MP4 of the submitted film (Resolution: Full HD 1920 x 1080; Video Codec: H264; Audio Codec: AAC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><u>6.- REGISTRATION FEES<\/u><u>AND PAYMENT DATA<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>Cancellations are not allowed. These registrations must comply with the specific requirements of this platform as well as with the requirements of the festival in everything related to formats, submissions and registration fees.<\/p>\n<h3><u>7.- RIGHTS OF <\/u><u>USE<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>By registering a film at the <span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Te<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">rres CHECK-IN &#8211; International Hospitality Film Festival<\/span>, the participant ensures that they own all the rights inherent in the registration and access to these same rights during the festival period. The registration guarantees that the rights of use held by the authors, copyright owners and other agents involved in the production of the registered film, with the exception of the rights safeguarded by the companies holding the exhibition rights, were acquired in a legitimate manner and the festival reserves the right to use them, not being impeded by copyright or other rights of third parties, whatever they may be. When a participant registers a film transferred to the festival, the rights to use the registration, specifically the right to exhibit the film in public, follow it in its entirety or in part, or distribute it totally or partially in promotional actions. This also applies to photographs \/ images supplied to the festival. All the permissions of use before related are valid internationally.<\/p>\n<h3><u>8.- AWARDS<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>An international jury will analyze the registered films and issue a verdict on those that will become part of the Official Competition. During the festival, the winners of the various awards by category and special awards will be announced, which will be awarded on October 10, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Prizes will be awarded for each of the competition categories and a series of special prizes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. LATE CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Category that rewards the audiovisual proposals of tourism sector organizations that generate an inspiring, emotional, unforgettable and memorable experience to enjoy that helps create a feeling of &#8220;not wanting to leave&#8221; ever or as late as possible of this tourist experience and want to come back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. FAST CHECK-IN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Category that rewards the audiovisual proposals of organizations in the tourism sector where the application of technologies related to the digital and technological field is the main axis of communication with the aim of improving the added value provided to customers and their experience of as well as to increase its competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. SOCIAL CHECK-IN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Category that rewards the audiovisual proposals of tourism sector organizations that demonstrate the commitment of organizations to sustainability and corporate social responsibility, with the aim of preserving our planet for future generations.<\/p>\n<h3><u>8b.- CIFFT RANKING LIST \u2013 <\/u><u>WORLD\u2019<\/u><u>S BEST TOURISM FILMS<\/u><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: bolder;\">Te<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: bolder;\">rres CHECK-IN &#8211; International Hospitality Film Festival<\/span> is an associate member of the International Committee of Tourist Film Festivals \u2013 CIFFT.
