Synopsis
We produced the video "What the boquerón taught me" for the presentation that chef Rafa Zafra gave at the gastronomic congress Madrid Fusión, "La sofistifación escondida". In the video we had the collaboration of Rafa Zafra's mother and also of chef Albert Adrià.
